EasyScribe processes audio, video, public links, live recordings, transcripts, translations, summaries, and exports that you submit, plus task status and usage records required to provide the service.
Account sign-in is provided by Supabase Auth and payments are processed by Stripe. EasyScribe does not store full card numbers, but it may store Stripe customer, order, and subscription identifiers for entitlement and support workflows.
Media files and generated results may be stored in Cloudflare R2. Transcription and generation tasks may be handled by configured speech or language model providers. We only pass the data needed to complete the requested task.
You can delete tasks in the product or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of account data. Some billing and audit records may need to be retained for security, finance, refund, and legal obligations.
We use access controls, server-side credentials, and encrypted transport to protect data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. For privacy questions or data rights requests, contact support@easyscribe.ai.
